Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 60.83g | Carb: 213.45g.   Breakfast:  buddig turkey deli meat, Cheese Slice, chocolate milk, miracle whip kraft, multi grain bread. Lunch:  root beer, vanilla ice cream. Dinner:  bbq sauce, brocolli, Carrots, cheese, chicken no skin, potatoes no peel fried. Snacks/Other:  banana, blueberry, milk reduced fat, Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt, strawberry.
