Fat: 45.57g | Prot: 60.83g | Carb: 213.45g.   Breakfast:  miracle whip kraft, buddig turkey deli meat, Cheese Slice, multi grain bread, chocolate milk. Lunch:  root beer, vanilla ice cream. Dinner:  Carrots, brocolli, potatoes no peel fried, cheese, chicken no skin, bbq sauce. Snacks/Other:  blueberry, strawberry, banana, milk reduced fat, Oikos Vanilla Greek Yogurt.
