Fat: 39.89g | Prot: 68.10g | Carb: 225.89g.   Breakfast:  apple, oikos greek yogurt. Lunch:  chocolate milk, lean gourmet chicken alfredo florentine. Dinner:  cheeseburger, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  fruit cup, peanut butter and jam sandwich.
