Fat: 124.35g | Prot: 126.38g | Carb: 34.12g.   Breakfast:  scrambled eggs, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), cheddar. Lunch:  Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, romaine lettuce, cucumber, Sweet Red Peppers, ranch dressing. Dinner:  Tuna in Oil (Canned), Regular Mayonnaise, mixed greens, dijon mustard, dill pickle spears. Snacks/Other:  oscar mayer deli fresh ham, baby swiss cheese, atkins endulge, diet coke, hard boiled egg, cucumber, Blue Cheese Dressing, Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks.
