Fat: 124.35g | Prot: 126.38g | Carb: 34.12g.   Breakfast:  cheddar, scrambled eggs, Zucchini (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Lunch:  cucumber, Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, ranch dressing, romaine lettuce, Sweet Red Peppers. Dinner:  dijon mustard, dill pickle spears, mixed greens, Regular Mayonnaise, Tuna in Oil (Canned). Snacks/Other:  atkins endulge, baby swiss cheese, Blue Cheese Dressing, cucumber, diet coke, hard boiled egg, oscar mayer deli fresh ham, Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Snacks.
