Fat: 33.25g | Prot: 24.26g | Carb: 167.39g.   Breakfast:  kashi mocha. Lunch:  broccoli, feta cheese, grapes, hummus, ken's low calorie italian, lettuce, spinach, tuna salad. Dinner:  celery, ken's ranch, Taco Basket (Point). Snacks/Other:  honey maid graham, red delicious apple, sweetart hearts, take five candy bar.
