Fat: 80.05g | Prot: 72.83g | Carb: 410.62g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Cereal, Cereal, Milk. Lunch:  McDonald's apples, Medium fries from mcdonalds, Spicy mcchicken, Sweet Tea (Large). Dinner:  Cabbages, Pork chop, Rolls, Sweet peas, Water, White Rice and gravy. Snacks/Other:  12 oz. green tea, Cream cheese chive crackers, Granola bar.
