Fat: 80.05g | Prot: 72.83g | Carb: 410.62g.   Breakfast:  Cereal, Cereal, Milk, Banana. Lunch:  Medium fries from mcdonalds, Spicy mcchicken, McDonald's apples, Sweet Tea (Large). Dinner:  White Rice and gravy, Cabbages, Sweet peas, Rolls, Water, Pork chop. Snacks/Other:  Granola bar, 12 oz. green tea, Cream cheese chive crackers.
