Fat: 87.43g | Prot: 56.50g | Carb: 159.78g.   Breakfast:  banana, cantaloupe, coffee, half & half, orange, quiche. Lunch:  apple, spicy hummus, walnuts, wheat tortilla. Dinner:  brocolli , butternut squash, cheese stuffed jalapenos, chicken drumstick, eckrich sausage. Snacks/Other:  red velvet cake.
