Fat: 76.58g | Prot: 89.59g | Carb: 290.13g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain Waffle, Colby Jack Cheese, log cabin syrup, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked). Lunch:  caprisun, hillshire farm turkey, kraft mayo, natures own whole wheat, pepper jack cheese, salt and vinegar chips. Dinner:  apple juice, chiken breast, pasta, prego sauce. Snacks/Other:  gatorade, grapes, ritz crackers, sharp cheddar cheese .
