Fat: 64.22g | Prot: 106.27g | Carb: 144.44g.   Breakfast:  whole wheat toast, Natural Peanut Butter Creamy, coffee, half and half, luna bar. Lunch:  2 cups spinach, parmesan cheese, blueberries, Lite Dressing Balsamic Vinaigrette, 1% cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, natural almonds, 1% milk, Steak. Dinner:  roasted cauliflower, spinach, cherry tomatoes, Cherub Tomatoes, mushroom s, grouper, potatoes. Snacks/Other:  sumo mandarin.
