Fat: 64.22g | Prot: 106.27g | Carb: 144.44g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, luna bar, Natural Peanut Butter Creamy, whole wheat toast. Lunch:  1% cottage cheese, 1% milk, 2 cups spinach, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, Lite Dressing Balsamic Vinaigrette, natural almonds, parmesan cheese, Steak. Dinner:  cherry tomatoes, Cherub Tomatoes, grouper, mushroom s, potatoes, roasted cauliflower, spinach. Snacks/Other:  sumo mandarin.
