Fat: 30.54g | Prot: 52.08g | Carb: 110.14g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Lowfat Plain Kefir, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Frozen Strawberries, All-Bran Buds, Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Vitamin B-12, Tap Water, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, 2% Milk. Lunch:  Fennel Bulb, Black Beans, Cauliflower, Celery , Onions, Parsley , Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans, Pre-Cooked Barley.
