Fat: 30.54g | Prot: 52.08g | Carb: 110.14g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk, All-Bran Buds, Bananas, Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Frozen Strawberries, Lowfat Plain Kefir, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Tap Water, Vitamin B-12. Lunch:  Black Beans, Cauliflower, Celery , Fennel Bulb, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat), Onions, Parsley , Pre-Cooked Barley, Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans.
