Fat: 19.57g | Prot: 84.05g | Carb: 158.23g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk, Bananas, Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, celery, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Coffee, Coffee Creamer, Tap Water, Vitamin B-12, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Artisan Bread Sfilatino Baguette, tap water. Dinner:  Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chard, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Cucumber (Peeled), Fennel Bulb, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Onions, Skinless Chicken Breast, Spinach, tap water, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Creamy Almond Butter with Sea Salt, Navels Oranges, Nine Grain Bread.
