Fat: 19.57g | Prot: 84.05g | Carb: 158.23g.   Breakfast:  2% Milk, celery, Tap Water, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, Vitamin B-12, Bananas, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Coffee, Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Artisan Bread Sfilatino Baguette, tap water. Dinner:  tap water, Skinless Chicken Breast, Onions, Carrots, Spinach, Chard, Chinese Cabbage (Bok-Choy, Pak-Choi), Cauliflower, Celery, Broccoli, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Fennel Bulb. Snacks/Other:  Creamy Almond Butter with Sea Salt, Navels Oranges, Nine Grain Bread, Apples.
