Fat: 44.52g | Prot: 117.48g | Carb: 50.61g.   Breakfast:  Tap Water, Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Vitamin B-12, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Coffee, Large Egg, Skinless Chicken Breast, Butter (Salted). Lunch:  grapefruit. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), tap water, Onions, Fennel Bulb, Broccoli, Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, leek.
