Fat: 44.52g | Prot: 117.48g | Carb: 50.61g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted), Calcium 600 mg with 400 IU Vitamin D, Century Ultimates Men's Senior Formula, Coffee, Large Egg, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tap Water, Vitamin B-12, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  grapefruit. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Broccoli, Carrots, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fennel Bulb, leek, Onions, tap water.
