Fat: 14.73g | Prot: 60.47g | Carb: 88.43g.   Breakfast:  Pears, Tap Water, Coffee Creamer, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump), Coffee. Lunch:  Leafy Romaine, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Skinless Chicken Breast, Italian Salad Dressing (Reduced Fat), diet pepsi. Dinner:  Water, Skinless Chicken Breast, Trader Joe's 10 Minute Bulgur, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Summer Squash, Carrots, Onion, Green Pepper, Broccoli, Fennel. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red).
