Fat: 105.88g | Prot: 79.93g | Carb: 225.65g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Three Grain Bread, Light Margarine, great value strawberry preserve, egg. Lunch:  Grilled Jalapeno-Lime Shrimp, spinach artichoke dip applebee's. Snacks/Other:  toffifee.
