Fat: 21.73g | Prot: 48.02g | Carb: 267.15g.   Breakfast:  1 medium size paratha, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup quaker white oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1tablespoon honey and lemon mixed in water, tea with milk and sugar. Lunch:  1 cup boiledrice, 1 cup of dhania dahi chatni, 1 small gauva, 8 tablespoon chicken jelfrezi, bioled lava beans. Dinner:  1 cup of fresh yogurt, pesawari naan. Snacks/Other:  1 medium size orange, one slice of white b, tea with milk and sugar.
