Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg, 1tablespoon honey and lemon mixed in water, one slice of white b, tea with milk and sugar. Lunch: 1 cup of dhania dahi chatni, 1 medium size cucumber, 4 egg khageena, boiled chick peas, pesawari naan, tea with milk and sugar, water. Dinner: 197gm dal mash, 1 chapati, water. Snacks/Other: 1 medium size banana, 1 medium size orange, water.
