Fat: 25.74g | Prot: 20.86g | Carb: 153.55g.   Breakfast:  1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup milk, 1tablespoon honey and lemon mixed in water, weetabix. Lunch:  1 tablespoon soya sauce, 1 cup chicken soup, 1 tablespoon chilli sauce, water. Dinner:  1 chapati, 1 cup of dhania + dahi chatni, 1 tablespoon honey. Snacks/Other:  1 cup of dhania + dahi chatni, 1 medium size cucumber, 1 medium size orange, green tea without sugar, indian masala rice, indian masala rice, tea with milk and sugar, water.
