Fat: 24.43g | Prot: 34.09g | Carb: 185.62g.   Breakfast:  tea with milk and sugar, 1tablespoon honey and lemon mixed in water, 1 boiled egg. Lunch:  boiled chick peas, water. Dinner:  1 cup chicken soup. Snacks/Other:  1 small gauva, 1 glass water with 1 small lemon juice, weetabix, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/2 cup milk, tea with milk and sugar, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 chapati, green tea without sugar.
