Fat: 43.87g | Prot: 203.48g | Carb: 130.62g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, chicken breast, olive oil, salsa, ole spinach and herbs tortilla wrap. Lunch:  jerky, nonfat cottage cheese. Dinner:  whey protein body fortress, milk, kirkland signature turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  100% whole wheat bread, peanut butter, jam, gatorade, starburst.
