Fat: 43.87g | Prot: 203.48g | Carb: 130.62g.   Breakfast: chicken breast, egg whites, ole spinach and herbs tortilla wrap, olive oil, salsa. Lunch: jerky, nonfat cottage cheese. Dinner: kirkland signature turkey burger, milk, whey protein body fortress. Snacks/Other: 100% whole wheat bread, gatorade, jam, peanut butter, starburst.
