Fat: 51.20g | Prot: 232.86g | Carb: 137.04g.   Breakfast:  blackberries, raspberry, blueberry, milk, skim, banana, whey protein powder. Lunch:  egg whites, smoked salmon, carrot. Dinner:  salmon, steamed asparagus, strawberry, guacamole, tortilla chips. Snacks/Other:  pure protein bar, peanut butter caramel pure protein, green leaf lettuce, whey protein powder.
