OK started the Atkins plan today. Went the doctors office next to where I work and found out that I am actually 20 pounds heavier than I thought.

Fat: 115.51g | Prot: 101.53g | Carb: 26.37g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fully Cooked Real Bacon Bits, Green Sweet Pepper, No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, hidden valley ranch, iceburg lettuce, Pepperoni Minis. Dinner:  Hot Italian Sausage (3 oz), Hunt's tomatoes Sauce NO SALT ADDED. Snacks/Other:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Hard-Boiled Egg, Original Pork Rinds, Red Hot Sauce, Sugar Free Raspberry Ice Drink Mix Sticks, Water (Bottled).
