Fat: 47.38g | Prot: 54.07g | Carb: 208.89g.   Breakfast:  Almond Butter, coconut oil, coffee, corn thin. Lunch:  honey, luna bar. Dinner:  banana, brie cheese, green giant green beans and almonds, quinoa, triscuit, waterfront bistro wild keta salmon. Snacks/Other:  clif white chocolate macadamia nut bar.
