Fat: 66.98g | Prot: 79.94g | Carb: 61.27g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Vegetables, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Thin & Crispy Turkey Bacon, Regular Strength, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch:  Avocados, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, Walnuts, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner:  Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, All Natural Turkey Burger Lean White Turkey, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled).
