Lunch: Avocados, Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Walnuts. Dinner: All Natural Turkey Burger Lean White Turkey, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, with Salt, Cooked, Boiled).
