Fat: 60.59g | Prot: 268.71g | Carb: 50.67g.   Breakfast:  Broccoli (Without Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), egg white. Lunch:  boil broccoli, boil broccoli, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  beef, cottage cheese, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  sesame oil, six star whey protein.
