Fat: 49.23g | Prot: 70.63g | Carb: 149.71g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Dannon light and fit greek - Raspberry, Kellogg's Special K Vanilla Almond Cereal, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Broccoli, Cucumber (Peeled), Nabisco 100 Cal Ritz Snack Mix, Pears, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can). Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tropical Cheese Queso Fresco Mexican-Style Fresh White Cheese. Snacks/Other:  De La Rosa Mazapan, Starbucks Banana Nut Bread.
