Fat: 88.71g | Prot: 142.90g | Carb: 161.92g.   Breakfast:  Alternative English Muffin, Egg (Whole), Veggie Breakfast Sausage Patties, Monterey Jack Cheese Deli Slices. Lunch:  Multi Grain Wrap, Ground Bison Meat, Spicy Brown Mustard, Mayonnaise, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime. Dinner:  Au Gratin Potatoes, Shake 'n Bake Ranch and Herb Crusted, Broiled or Baked Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Caramel Frappuccino Light (Venti), Luna Protein Bar - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Natural Simply Salted Popcorn.
