Fat: 30.74g | Prot: 187.70g | Carb: 299.62g.   Breakfast:  avoine, banane, blanc de dinde, fromage blanc, jus de fruit. Lunch:  pain de mie, Pates, Pommes, steak haché. Dinner:  blanc d'oeuf, Jaune d'Oeuf Cuit, lentille, Salade Mixte. Snacks/Other:  100% Whey Protein , 100% Whey Protein Professionnal ( Chocolate Rocky ), avoine, blanc de dinde, fromage blanc, pain de mie, pomme.
