Fat: 34.28g | Prot: 147.94g | Carb: 185.70g.   Breakfast:  Queso Fresco, Oats, arepa, Low Fat Milk, whey powder. Lunch:  papaya, pasta, tomato sauce, pecorino. Dinner:  Sardines in Oil (Canned), whey protein, low fat milk. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Whey protein powder.
