Fat: 48.71g | Prot: 26.44g | Carb: 174.53g.   Breakfast:  Almond milk, banana, chia seeds, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  1/2 cup cooked white rice, celery, garden salad, hommus, oil and vinegar dressing. Dinner:  apple, Brown rice, carrot, olive oil, onion, pumpkin bread, red pepper, tofu, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  celery, cracker, hommus, olives.
