Fat: 63.47g | Prot: 125.88g | Carb: 239.48g.   Breakfast:  apple, butter pecan protein bar. Lunch:  general tso's chicken (walmart), Valley Fresh Steamers Macaroni and Cheese Sauce with Broccoli. Dinner:  bacon, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), skinless chicken. Snacks/Other:  apple turnover yogurt, frozen strawberries, herbalife vanilla, Light Fat Free Yogurt - Boston Cream Pie, malted milk balls, mango, skim milk.
