Fat: 128.87g | Prot: 51.55g | Carb: 31.29g.   Breakfast:  Flaxmeal Pancakes, thick cut bacon, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, coffee with half and half, Creamy French Dressing. Lunch:  green leaf lettuce, Creamy French Dressing, cucumber chopped, cucumber, mushrooms. Dinner:  jello sugar free gelatin, Langostino Thermador, reddi whip , green leaf lettuce, cucumbers. Snacks/Other:  pork rinds, Atkins Peanut Butter Cups.
