Fat: 128.87g | Prot: 51.55g | Carb: 31.29g.   Breakfast:  coffee with half and half, Creamy French Dressing, Flaxmeal Pancakes, Sugar Free Maple Syrup, thick cut bacon. Lunch:  Creamy French Dressing, cucumber, cucumber chopped, green leaf lettuce, mushrooms. Dinner:  cucumbers, green leaf lettuce, jello sugar free gelatin, Langostino Thermador, reddi whip . Snacks/Other:  Atkins Peanut Butter Cups, pork rinds.
