Fat: 98.46g | Prot: 90.66g | Carb: 56.46g.   Breakfast:  Atkins Chocolate peanut butter br, coffee with half and half. Lunch:  avocado, Chicken Thigh, duke's mayonnaise, green leaf lettuce, tomato. Dinner:  brussel sprouts, garlic, ginger, jello sugar free gelatin snack cup, land o lakes sugar free whipped cream, shrimp, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Atkins Peanut Butter Cups, babybel cheese, cream cheese, crystal light, pork rinds.
