Fat: 39.44g | Prot: 64.81g | Carb: 204.66g.   Breakfast:  1% milk , tea, Toasted Berry Crisp. Lunch:  Eggplant and Meat Casserole, tea. Dinner:  whole wheat pasta. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Granola Bars - Apple Fruit Crumble, tangerine.
