Fat: 36.54g | Prot: 123.92g | Carb: 70.59g.   Breakfast:  Muscle Milk Light. Lunch:  96% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, salsa, whole frozen strawberries great value, silk unsweetened almond milk. Dinner:  Peppers, 97% fat free ground white turkey, red onion, saltine, 100% whole grain fig newton. Snacks/Other:  cuties, jif peanut butter, kirkland almonds, 97% fat free deli sliced chicken, tuscan white bean hummus.
