Fat: 36.54g | Prot: 123.92g | Carb: 70.59g.   Breakfast: Muscle Milk Light. Lunch: 96% Fat Free Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, salsa, silk unsweetened almond milk, whole frozen strawberries great value. Dinner: 100% whole grain fig newton, 97% fat free ground white turkey, Peppers, red onion, saltine. Snacks/Other: 97% fat free deli sliced chicken, cuties, jif peanut butter, kirkland almonds, tuscan white bean hummus.
