Fat: 73.78g | Prot: 145.70g | Carb: 96.48g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, tomato, Lowfat Plain Yogurt, Cappuccino, Raspberries in 55% Dark Chocolate. Lunch:  chicken breast, cheese, apple, Kiwi Fruit. Dinner:  Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Chicken Leg. Snacks/Other:  Apples.
