Dinner:  Avocados, Lettuce Salad with Cheese, Tomato and/or Carrots, Light Ranch, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh (Skin Eaten), Shake 'n Bake Italian, Whole Wheat Tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Nuggets with Almond, Natural String Cheese Part Skim.
