Fat: 131.64g | Prot: 77.93g | Carb: 216.47g.   Breakfast:  Papayas, Arepa, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Peppers, Onion and Ham. Lunch:  Ground Meat, Macaroni, Mario Batali Sundried Tomato Pesto. Dinner:  Puerto Rican Style Hallaca (Hominy, Pork or Ham, Vegetables), White Bread, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat).
