Fat: 107.84g | Prot: 103.51g | Carb: 364.45g.   Breakfast:  honey, lime honey, dosa, vada. Lunch:  veg pulao, Amaranth leaves, raita, egg omlet. Dinner:  Tandoori chicken, fried rice, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Chicken or Turkey, roti. Snacks/Other:  digestiv biscuits.
