Fat: 80.58g | Prot: 65.14g | Carb: 19.40g.   Breakfast:  fried egg, canola oil, romaine lettuce, onion, olive oil. Lunch:  extra virgin olive oil, cucumber, onions, romaine lettuce, 7 oz tuna in water canned. Dinner:  brie cheese, onion, extra virgin olive oil, romaine lettuce, cucumber, 7 oz tuna in water.
