Fat: 45.97g | Prot: 109.20g | Carb: 47.38g.   Breakfast:  Dill Pickle Zippers, Regular Coffee. Lunch:  Broccoli, Cauliflower, Chicken Soup Mix, Cucumber (Peeled), Green Peppers, Lettuce, Omega Natural Blend of Canola, Soy & Olive Oils. Dinner:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), iceberg lettuce, mushrooms stems and pieces. Snacks/Other:  ideal protein pina colada, water.
