Lunch:  turkey, wheat bread, yoplait greek yoguart, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey Cordon Bleu. Snacks/Other:  six star protein powder, horizon organic vanilla milk, Barbecue Potato Chips, Vanilla Organic Lowfat Milk, Whey Protein Plus Elite Series - Triple Chocolate, Steamfresh Roasted Red Potatoes and Green Beans.
