Fat: 28.67g | Prot: 41.49g | Carb: 84.28g.   Breakfast:  clementine, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, earl grey tea. Lunch:  salad, egg, carrot, peas, Dried Cherries, Ranch Salad Dressing, water. Dinner:  Ground Turkey 93/7, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Mustard, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine). Snacks/Other:  Grapes.
