Lunch:  banana, Pears, ginger, parsley, water, pineapple, milde orange, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream. Dinner:  lime juice, cumin, red pepper, mint, avocado, celery, garlic, Spinach, Water, apple.
