Lunch:  banana, ginger, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Vanilla Ice Cream, milde orange, parsley, Pears, pineapple, water. Dinner:  apple, avocado, celery, cumin, garlic, lime juice, mint, red pepper, Spinach, Water.
