Fat: 39.60g | Prot: 55.79g | Carb: 124.13g.   Breakfast:  kashi cookie, dry roasted coconut chips. Lunch:  mini whole wheat bagel, wild smoked salmon, avocado, strawberries. Dinner:  roast pork shoulder, white rice, string beans steamed, v8 blueberry pomegranate . Snacks/Other:  quaker oats, 1% milk, brown sugar.
