Drank many many beers a few days ago, still trying ot burn the off. But at a wonderful breakfast. Spinach and cheese with 3 egg whites and coffee!

Fat: 69.68g | Prot: 75.30g | Carb: 91.89g.   Breakfast:  3 egg whites, spinach, cheese, coffee, Grillers California Turk'y Burger. Lunch:  Mojo . Dinner:  spinach, cheese, salad, wild rice , sour cream. Snacks/Other:  water, kiwi.
