Fat: 52.41g | Prot: 68.58g | Carb: 276.50g.   Breakfast:  Alpine Valley Multi Grain with Omega-3, Knudsen Cottage Cheese, Organo Gold Latte, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges, Juice Pack, Canned). Lunch:  Costco hot dog, Fuze Strawberry Tea, Spinach, Lime & Pineapple Smoothie. Dinner:  Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Corn on the Cob, Orange Chicken, Organic Carrot Juice. Snacks/Other:  Organic Carrot Juice.
