Fat: 39.31g | Prot: 65.30g | Carb: 172.67g.   Breakfast:  Alpine Valley Multi Grain with Omega-3, Chia Seeds with 23.7oz Bottled Water, Organo Gold King Coffee, Raw Honey, Unswt Vanilla Almond Milk. Lunch:  Bottle Water, Knudsen Cottage Cheese, Organic Carrot Juice. Dinner:  Chia Seeds with 23.7oz Bottled Water, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lasagna, Organic Green Tea w/ Ganoderma, Sheepherder Bread. Snacks/Other:  Organic Carrot Juice, Sesame Cookies with Pistachio.
