Fat: 75.47g | Prot: 91.81g | Carb: 195.90g.   Breakfast:  Alpine Valley Multi Grain with Omega-3, Chia Seeds with 23.7oz Bottled Water, Flaxseed Oil, Organo Gold Latte. Lunch:  Food Should Taste Good Blue Corn, Fresh Juiced Vegetables, Oasis Naturals Hummus with Pine Puts. Dinner:  Asparagus, Atlantic Salmon, Buttered Corn, Butternut Squash, Chia Seeds with 23.7oz Bottled Water. Snacks/Other:  Fresh Juiced Vegetables, Frozen Fruit, Yogurt & Hemp Smoothie, Roasted Seaweed Almond Rice Stix (Nori).
