Fat: 33.12g | Prot: 66.15g | Carb: 172.42g.   Breakfast:  Flaxseed Oil, Bottle Water, Organo Gold Latte, Alpine Valley Multi Grain with Omega-3. Lunch:  Fresh Juiced Vegetables, Fresh Squeezed Fruit Juice. Dinner:  Chia Seeds with 23.7oz Bottled Water, Brussels Sprouts, Atlantic Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Fresh Squeezed Fruit Juice, Fresh Juiced Vegetables, Dole Banana.
