Fat: 109.60g | Prot: 116.39g | Carb: 402.45g.   Breakfast:  Croissant , Croissant with marmalade, cup black tea. Lunch:  Meat pie . Dinner:  Baked chicken, Bok choy, Glass white wine, Potato, Pumpkin, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Latte, Latte.
