Lunch:  Turkey, Natural Shredded 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Tomatoes, Boiled Egg, Bacon, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, ranch, diet coke. Dinner:  Maple Bacon, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Budweiser Select 55 Premium Light Beer, Alcoholic Beverage (80 Proof, Gin Rum Vodka Whiskey), smoked cheddar, colby, ground beef, american slice, worcestershire, extra sharp cheddar, fried egg, maple bacon.
